Speculoos paste and oatmeal cookies with chicory cream.

This morning I decided to bake northern french recipes

A dessert with chicory, the taste of chicory is very nice, it is a bit like caramel.




Then I had Biscoff cream, speculoos cream with oatmeal cookies. Speculoos are northern biscuits with cinamon.
Both go very well together.

 Here are some of the cookies !

It is cold outside 9 degrees C… and rain đŸ„¶ better stay inside.
