 Hello Friends,

Happy Valentine day!

This heart cheese we usually eat here in Normandy is  from  the history during the  « Hundred Year’s War » the girls from Neufchâtel gave these heart cheeses to the English soldiers! 😆 

Neufchâtel is the name of a town in Normandy and the name of the cheese.

This morning I am going out shopping for tonight ´s Valentine meal and to post the parcel to Dubai.
