Jam making day!

 Hello Friends,

This is making jam day! On Sunday, we got 7kg fruits and yesterday I start making strawberry jam and plum jam.
Today, I have a little left to make and put labels and decorate the jars for winter.

I have cut a bunch of sweet peas from the garden.
After make ng jam I will make a plum pie for tonight.

These are the orchards all along the “ fruit road “ along the river Seine. We can get apple and pears in Autumn, all sorts of plums, strawberries, raspberries, cherries… all red fruits in Summer
At best prices especially those for jam. These fruits can’t be sold on the markets but they don’t keep long so you have to make jam quickly!

Ready to keep in the closet for winter.
I still have problems to leave comments I hope it won’t last too long!

  4. I'm sorry you're having trouble leaving comments. I don't know what causes it. All your jam will be a taste of summer in the colder winter days.
