A rainy Sunday.

 

It’s a rainy and cold Sunday and I have cooked apples and pears and baked an apple tart for my husband as I am on a diet. Two kilos lost this week!

Then I continued my scrapbooking with all I had in my boxes. I decided to order some scrapbooking items in the USA which will arrive within two weeks. I ordered from “Stamprints” they have a huge amount of items.

It is a nice FIY for winter.

This is what I did yesterday and today , but waiting for my order to embellish and finish theses pages.

What will you do during the Autumn and winter rainy days?

A sunny ☀️ but cold 🥶 day.

Today, it is sunny but only 8C!

I am wondering what to do with the big tapestry I found on a brocante market. I will find!

The paper from Goodwill was wrapping an item I found in a french shop , the person just came back from a stay in the USA probably where it comes from, I also must find an idea to use it. I love Angels!

On Sunday I helped my husband to stick artificial grass on the doors sills to keep them clean. 

The Amaryllis is growing and will have two flowers for the moment.

I found a place for one of the chairs I found in the thrift store, the other one will go in my She shed. Thursday is a Bank holiday and I hope we will be able to work in the shed. We really must do the painting this year.

Strawberries 🍓 and blackbirds.

Morning coffee! It is a gloomy day today and I will stay home having done the week shopping yesterday.

This morning I went out before the blackbirds ate my strawberries.

I have different sorts of strawberries 🍓 the little ones are very tasty.

When I was little I have been the victim of a car crash and had a brain hemorrhage  , coma and damaged to the optic nerve .  This is due to old injuries and no Schwannome on the optic nerve,

Bedroom transformation and roses.

 Hello Friends,

Today, I have more quotes to do today as we are going to change all our windows and doors.

Yesterday, I did some changes in our bedroom, took off the vintage ladder and «  this and that » to have more space for the 

People who are coming to put the climatisation next week.

I found some new curtains  before we change the window.

The vintage suitcases I painted white and add a stencil on them.

Some decoration magazines are inside.

At least, the roses are blooming giving a nice fragrance in the garden.

More work to do today , but I have with a sprained ankle!

 Hello friends,

Today, is a cold day, too cold to haves now. But some snow in Brittany and soon coming to Normandy.

We have sun and -7C but feel -15C Better stay inside and feed the birds!

Today, I chose to show you a find , this is a child wash stand dating back to the 20 th century .

Once a month, there is an antique market outside along the river Seine. It is very pleasant to walk on the promenade and look at vintage items and talk with the owners.

I love this little wash stand which is in very good condition .

The earthenware is well kept and I had rather leave it’s original condition.

The giveaway should be arriving today I will post a picture as soon as it arrives, it has been delayed to Friday....
