A sunny 🌞 cold beginning of week.

Today, it’s still cold, but sunny and blue sky through the haze. 

Yesterday we had our lunch in a crêperie in Honfleur, we discovered the organic without alcohol cider which was very tasty and good.

Then in the afternoon we had a waffle and a hot chocolate.

We decided  to leave on time before the rush on the motorway 🛣️ which is going to Paris.

It was the first time we use d the payment of the motorway on our phone and don’t have to stop and pay at the machines. ( we already used it in Dubai long ago)

 

I found a new book about watercolour to learn how to paint wild flowers.

On Saturday I went to my favourite clothing shop for the end of the sales. I received a message it was 70% off! I found three tops and three pairs of jeans.

Last week I reorganised my kitchen shelf 

And i sorted out my cook book and recipes. Today, it will be a quiet day. The nurse came this morning for my blood test, tomorrow I go to the hairdresser and this week  I’ll meet the young mother to give her  the clothes my grandchildren don’t need anymore, we must choose the day.

The sun 🌞 is here and I may go for a little walk!

These are my small tomatoes 🍅 I already had a good harvest!

Every morning I water the garden and look if they all are ok and growing correctly!

First iris, but my best one is missing ??? A brown one I suspect Mr L to have put it with the rubbish when weeding…

First purple rose! 

I have got five planters the first one is radishes, two are strawberries 🍓 and the kast one is salads I have another one with sweet peas. I have to protect my salads from the sparrows ´ nest!

Many agitation in the garden! Babies cries and parents feeding them. We have four nests above our windows and the rose bush

The best is somewhere in the rose bush! It will have hundreds of flowers soon!

Today my daughter and her husband are flying to visit her brother and the new born baby they are stopping for a few days on their way to the Seychelles 🇸🇨 !

Before the rush…

Hello Friends,

Nono the robot is already at work cutting the grass and the dead leaves at the same time. The garden is starting to turn the Autumn way.

 On this bush small red berries for the sparrows.

We had three  sparrows nests this spring and lots of young ones all summer, but now only a few left and they will spend the winter here in their nests made of little branches and wool from the sheep next door.

The squirrel has only to go in the hazelnut tree to get nuts for the winter.

The swallows have already left. When I go to Dubai during the winter, I can see them flying between the buildings and drinking from the swimming pools.

These next week, I will be busy, between the internet workers who are coming back and try to install the fibre 

The 14 and 15 the replacement of the boiler ( I hope everything goes well!) in an ancient house you never know! 

On the 13 rd I may know if I will be grandma of a little girl or a boy!

And tomorrow I have somebody coming to make a hole in the wall as the internet workers don’t do it!

So I have a rest today, before the rush!

And get the new table on Saturday.
