Gardening and cooking weekend.

Hello Friends

A bunch of daffodils from the back garden in a vase I found in a thrift store years ago I think blue and yellow are a good match.

Our little cherry tree is have leaves 🍃

The tulips I had planted for cutting will finally stay where they are. I love their colours in the garden.

We first went to the market to get some vegetables and fruits 🍈, we had lunch and Mr L went gardening while I will be cooking the vegetables we got this morning.

It is 2PM and I must tell Mr L he can now make noise with his brush cutter ( don’t know if it’s the correct word? “Debrousailleuse”all the engines in the neighbourhood are starting! We are not allowed to make noise for a long time so better hurry!

The peony is growing so fast. All the vegetation is reading and we are in full Spring! With a nice weather but windy. First laundry 🧺 outside!

Daffodils time the Spring flower!

In between sewing 🧵 (trying to sew)

My Birthday will be next month and I may have a new sewing machine…

I am doing some paper crafts with « Tim Holtz » die cuts silhouettes.

Hello Friends !

As I told you yesterday, I went walking outside with my dog Bandit. He feels itchy this morning because of his Spring grass allergy, but Saturday approaches and he will get his médecine and will feel better soon.

I try to walk outside every two days and the rest on my treadmill. I must get more autonomy before our grandson arrives! To be able to go for some” promenades” with him. Today, it is sunny

🌞 but early morning we had fog. Unfortunately the rain will arrive on Saturday.

This afternoon I will go grocery shopping after the man coming for the awning estimate has come.

We will sea the second price!

And then try to use my sewing machine if she allows me to sew!

Birds and flowers

Yesterday, Mr L cut the grass of the field behind our home and I could find the Snowdrops I had planted when in the past this part of the died was a vegetable and flower garden.

Miniature daffodils. I bought one for my daughter and one for myself.

I got too bird feeders and now the blue tits are coming to eat.

They are eating two buckets of seeds each week!

All the birds from the neighbourhood come to eat!

The felted blue tit I had made in felted wool and the other in wood I bought in a bird sanctuary

Spring baby, soon being a grandma.

Because of the bad weather, when I came back home I found some new daffodils I have bought in Netherlands on the ground

So I decided to pick them up and have them in the house. They have a wonderful smell and beautiful colours. One of them is huge!

Today and tomorrow I have appointments, then I’ll do some Spring cleaning and go back a few days to the sea.

For those who are following my blog, you know I am expecting a grandchild a little baby boy in Dubai, but there is a problem the baby is not turning the right way and on April 16 th the birth will be by a césarienne, not nice for their first baby. I hope everything goes well. He will be Aries like his grandma!
