Today we went to the vet to get Bandit vaccinated then we had a 40 euros voucher to spend in our garden centre, Mr L bought himself a weeping willow.
Our daughter is arriving end of afternoon and will spend the night with us before her race tomorrow.
So I baked a lime cheese cake that will be decorated with Chantilly cream and raspberries.
Then I baked a salmon and spinach pie with béchamel sauce. Tonight we will eat a salad and our daughter rice and turkey a light dinner!
These are our pigeons, they are always together and sleep Aagainst each other so sweet birds!

Your baking looks and sounds wonderful.
RépondreSupprimerTom is off joining our garden club touring a local botanical garden. I'm not ready for that much walking yet.
The sun appeared and so after I finished all of my physical therapy and my exercise bike I went outside to walk in our garden and sit in the sun and use my bird song identifier phone app to identify birds. This is something new for me it is so much fun. And peaceful. The app is called Merlin.
Your salmon and spinach pie looks delicious, as does the lime cheesecake. There are patches of blue in the sky here today, but mostly cloud. I am making a butternut squash lasagne for dinner tonight.
