Fold the puff pastry then roll it gently to get a rose put it in a muffin tin, bake for 30 minutes ( but keep an eye on them) 180 degrees Celsius, gas 6.
Then put some apricot or apple jam to melt in a saucepan and apply on roses when baked with a brush to make them shine , when dry you can put some icing with a little strainer if you want.

Cut 50 cm wide puff pastry stripes
Boil 40 cl water, two soup spoons of sugar half the juice of a lemon. Put the slices of apple two minutes to get soft so that you can bend them
Take red apples 🍎 it will be nicer. Cut them in thin slices
