Today let me show you some of my finds.
The picture of a wardrobe is a typical Normand one, but not a rich one. These wardrobes were made with a tree which was cut when a girl was born, then the wood was let to dry and when the girl was about to get married the wardrobe was made.
Then full of hand made clothing. The richer the parents were the more decorated it was. This one is a simple one, but they usually are decorated with lots of flowers and birds and many symbols.
