Desk transformation.

This was the desk before!

Some days ago, I told you I was going to customise 

My husband’s desk. I used “Cabinet de curiosity » transfer. The transfer is on the table I painted and the top drawers … are gold.

It took me 3 hours to put all the transfers. Tomorrow will be the day for the varnish to protect it.

Now I am having a rest and then do some house cleaning. It is grey outside and 17 degrees C which is a nice temperature for Autumn ( two days ago we have been back to 27 C in October !

 

The blank part in them middle will be decorated with vintage watches.

 

My husband loves watches so I will put some watches decoration.

Before

Today, I have spent it working on my wardrobe after the week housework and laundry.

 The work is not totally finished I have still to work on it today. I must go and get what I need to finish it to my friend ‘s shop this morning.

A new project

 This morning, I had a new furniture decoration project.

I found this new vintage transfert to put on an English wardrobe. Before I have to paint part of the  two doors.

the shop owner thought Royal blue was nice, but I tried and thing the colour is too dark for the transfer.I prefer Dusty blue, I think it will be much better if I want to see the transfer. I will have to go back to the shop.

 

Well today despite going out this morning I finished the ironing I had left and now I am watching “ Miss Marple”and relaxing with a piece of banana and chocolate loaf.
