Walking and driving up and down

Hello friends!

Today we were up at 7 and first at breakfast at half past eight. 

We then started our day by going to see the Goury lighthouse 

We drove up and down very narrow lanes and went to see the painter’s house Jean Francois Millet you may know his famous painting “ The Angelus”

It is the well in front of his house he painted 60 times.

This is the old village he liked to paint, rural life.

We have beautiful sunny days

This looks as if it was on the moon they are dunes.

There are beautiful bays everywhere. I used to walk a lot with our children and our dogs there going up and down the cliffs there are many paths on top of the cliffs above the sea.

This is Port Racine the smallest harbour of France.

We walked 5 kms and went across and up and down the peninsula. We are tired and resting in our room! See you tomorrow!
