Today, it’s cold but the sun shines đ! It lifts my mind ( not sure of the words) and while I renewed my passport in the little bourg ( country town) I decided to spend the day out!

I was sitting by the door but I changed it was too cold!

You can see at the back two zebras heads. It’s because the owners are twins .I had chicken rice and salad.
Then I did a little walk. Old Normand buildings
The strange church! The steeple being on one side!
Shops are closed for lunch but leave flowers outside
This is where I buy my coffee
These narrow streets are nice but very windy đŹ️
Then I went to the supermarket to get some fresh fruits and vegetables.
Last night in the basket for 4 euros I got: fresh lasagna for four people, 450 gr beef, some butter, olives, a salad.
I will use the butter to bake this afternoon and put the baking in the freezer.
Well now I have better bake and use the butter!
( hope our grandchildren will have a safe travel back!)

I like the name of the place, especially when knowing the owners are twins.
RépondreSupprimerIt's a beautiful town. I love the old buildings and the cobblestone streets. Enjoy your day!
I really like it when the cookies are under glass (first picture). At the beginning of December, I met some of my former high school classmates in a cafe. They had Christmas cookies on display there too: heart-shaped, star-shaped... It was still new at the beginning of Advent, so we asked for some of them with our coffee.:)
RépondreSupprimerI love old Norman houses! Thanks to whow us.
I hope your grandchildren arrive safely. I think you'll write about them later.

RépondreSupprimerI really enjoyed going along with you on this little tour through your town. The flower pots on the sidewalks are so pretty. Old Norman houses are very attractive. I hope the grandchildren have arrived safely.
