News from our daughter in her Mount Blanc tour in the Alps! The group is enjoying the walk!

It’s quite a long way to go in one week.

I will read the second part of “ the housemaid “ a thriller by Freida Mc Fadden. I have read the first part in English and the rest in French.

I don’t know if I need dresses? Only in the evening for the restaurant. Jeans  and sweater for the rest of the day and raincoat.

I thought I could sit in my deck chair on the beach like the Maileg!

 Hello Friends!

As you can see the weather won’t be very nice during our holidays! Better take warm clothes, raincoat, umbrella and books  📕! The suitcase will be heavy! I don’t think we can wear summer clothes!

It’s Autumn 🍂 for sure!

I must explain you why I was stressed yesterday. Well there are some problems in our country at the moment.

People are unsatisfied and the country have been paralysed yesterday by big strikes and roads were blocked.

This is why I was scared not to be able to reach our holiday destination. It happened ounce and we have been stuck on the European  motorway between hundreds of  huge lorries for three hours that was scary! And it took us 7 hours  instead of 4 hours to reach our destination and we have to go through Rouen which is also blocked!this is not going to be easy believe me. We are not the only one in this situation unfortunately, no planes, no trains…when French people are unsatisfied they block the roads 😂!

Don’t know the situation today we will see???

Waiting for better days and holidays!

 Hello friends!

I don’t know what’s wrong in our family at the moment… but our daughter has got COVID, I have health problems again and the nurse is coming tomorrow morning our son

Flew to Oslo then Iceland for two days and then fly to Greenland to embark a sailing boat for 10 days on photographing cruise and this morning I had a message telling me he was not well! We told him to see a doctor if not well tomorrow before leaving, my husband had vertigo and the dog was sick all night and we had to take him out 4 times.

I had a little relief on Saturday and we went grocery shopping, had a quick lunch and I wanted to go out a little 

So we went to one of my favourite shop and my husband gifted me this jeans bagwith embroidered  butterflies 🦋 on it

I forgot I had a trench coat that will perfectly goes with it.our holidays are approaching and I hope to get better soon. At the same time our daughter will leave for Bergen and the Lofoten island ( hope her husband catch COVID before leaving) as it is said” keep our fingers crossed !”

I will rest this week and do what I can!
