Hi friends!
Today, first this morning we watched the news! Then I went to buy groceries I had forgotten to cook my “Carbonade Flamande” a dish from the north of France.
It is made of butter and oil, onions, beef meat, a little flour, brown sugar, mustard and ginger bread and I nearly forgot one litre of beer!🍺 special North!
I like to cook this dish a long time in the crockpot. It is in the crockpot for 4 or 5 hours so I am free!
I also prepared some cumin creamy carrot soup.
This is what I did today and now read my book and watch a live from my favourite clothes shop at 6 it last 45 minutes, we really have fun every Tuesday evening. You can order Aurelie keeps your order until you can get it, we usually go on Saturday when I have something to collect.
We are quite a lot now and it is really a nice time where we can exchange.
