Yesterday, we finally went on the coast for the day.
It was nice, but still cold with a breeze. The air was strong and we were worn out in the evening and slept very well!
We had a salad for Mr My a bruschetta for me and a lemon 🍋 cheese cake in our favourite little place.
We needed a break from the stressful news.
We may have our son’s family home if things don’t settle and get worse. If they can get a plane… so yesterday we walked by the sea and breathed fresh air! Very fresh indeed! 😂 this was on our Normandie coast “Saint Valery en Caux.”
Today, the weather is foggy and I stay home. I will have to do a little shopping tomorrow get some fruits and vegetables.
It was nice to have a break from the news!

The monotonous rhythm of the waves always calms me down too. You ate delicious food.

The sun is shining here, it's 17 degrees, but I'm staying inside, as usual. I haven't had coffee today, and I miss it. I'm making myself some.
I read the news online, I didn't listen to the radio today, and I only watch TV in the evenings.
The news was too much for me, I'll read something else later.
