We did not sleep well, a lot of wind and the roof making noise. This morning the neighbour’s shed roof is on our lawn I did not look at our roof yet as we still have strong winds and rain. I hope the roof is ok ? I did not see tiles on the front terrace but it may be in the gutter.
Many trees down on the roads, roofs problems…213 km/hour wind on the Cotentin peninsula! 266.000 homes without power. Around 110 kms h here and sometimes more. . We are up the hill and among the fields where the wind is usually strong. I will try to rest today. We had the end of alert this morning on our phones but still stronger winds as usual. Etretat on the coast has been impacted.l I just went out to look at the front of the roof it is ok I’ll have to go and look at the back later.
We will still have a rough weekend
We are having power cuts and internet đ no victims thanks to the alert we received on our phones!

RĂ©pondreSupprimerThere is no strong wind in Hungary, but it is cold. The lowest temperature tonight is -25C in the northwest.
I am not going out today, but tomorrow M. will come to me tomorrow and maybe we will go for a walk.
