Accommodation on the Hebrides.

Hello Friends!

I have been busy these days with house cleaning and sorting out wardrobes.

On Saturday we went out for lunch and did some shopping. We had a coffee on a terrace outside in a Turkish coffee we like to go, their coffee is very good.

The weather was sunny with a blue sky a nice Autumn day. Mr L bought himself a new pair of trousers and a new shirt and I found a new cardigan.

When I stop cleaning I knit myself a scarf in fact a snood.

We als went to the big bookstore and I found a new thriller!

I like the bows on the sleeves of the cardigan.

This picture is from the Cluanie inn in Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿. Our son had a stop there and this is the place we have been before together. A beautiful place surrounded by the mountains very isolated among the Trossachs.

Before there was no electricity but a generator and no modernity, but now my son was a bit disappointed because of the changes! 😂 it was as if we were far from the rest of the world!

 Our two explorers are fine, Max is hiking while Wiliam is on his parents’ back. They are on Skye island breathing fresh air before going back to Dubai on Saturday.

Today, I’ll have a rest, visit blogs and finish my book before beginning another one!

Slowly recovering

 Hello friends,

I am resting , the fever is gone but since Sunday I am mute! I can’t answer the phone or talk. It’s quite long!

I am still very tired but I try to do some crochet or read when I feel a little better during the day.

This is the book I am reading now.

These are the books I have read since March.

Some time ago I found these items from Maileg to create the laundry in the Maileg house I am creating for grandchildren. 

I hope you are doing well?

I will try to catch up with blogs during the moments I feel better.

I have made a vegetable soup and used the vegetables 

To eat with a little light cream and grated cheese.

Then I cooked some apple with a little spoon of honey

Fall mantel decoration .

Today I went to have a look at the washing machines to replace the one I had and got some wool to  knit 🧶 

Some bookstore read, four books.

I also found some autumn leaves 🍁 to end my decoration.

I like country decoration and got a new sheep 🐑 

 

The outside temperature is16 C and it’s nice to stay inside knitting or reading a good book 📚 !

A quite afternoon at home.

These are the decoration magazines I got from the B&B lady.

I planted a little apple tree to get small red apples to do some decoration in the house for Fall and Xmas.

Autumn colours 

 Today I went to get Bandit from the kennel! He was very happy to see me back! The picture is the sad face he had when we drove him there. He does not like to be separated from us.

This is grey rainy typical Normand Autumn day !

It is still too warm for September, but the grass is back to green and we saved most of our plants.

This what I discovered in the garden.some cyclamens and faded hydrangeas colours.

Now Bandit had a big meal went out in the garden and sleeps peacefully ! He has had too much stress in the company of other dogs.

This afternoon I will finish my book , look at some magazines while the washing machine will be working for me!

And Bandit will take a bath!
