Tidying day !

Hello friends!

Today, it is a busy day, sorting out all my crafting items.

It is hard work 😓! Next tidy my craft room and make room for the new dryer arriving next week. I am changing the dryer’s room.

I found this to put at the foot of the Xmas tree and last Saturday I ordered already the tree so it’s done ✔️ before their arrival.

I have put the little cardboard houses on the mantel but did not decide what will be the decoration yet.

This morning I applied the last protection on the armoire

And tomorrow I will tidy the room, one project  done ✔️ 

And we will go shopping and get a new changing table for the baby and a child booster chair for Maxime.

This and that…

Yesterday, I went out shopping and got some led lights for my little houses. I don’t know if Maxime will come for Xmas as his mum will be expecting his little brother baby beginning of next year and won’t be allow to take the plane. These little houses will wait !

This is apple time here in Normandy and time to bake crumbles and tarts! There is a good cinnamon smell in the house!

Early this morning the sun is here and there in the house.

Today, I will start painting the desk and bake apple pie 🥧 after having been to the post office  🏤.

Harvest Hot day.

This morning I heard the noise of the combine harvester

arriving in the field to do the harvest.

I was really scared of fire, as yesterday a combine and the field took fire.

They have taken a machine to plough the soil and stop the fire in case of problem.

My hedge is just close to the field and our oil tank is in the ground just close to the h edge. Too scary, I think this autumn I will have the hedge cut.

The dust can be set to fire when it’s too hot.

This is we’re my oil tank is and it’s close to the house.

This is the noisy morning! 

This morning I did the cleaning, washing...like a Monday ( when they had finished the harvest)

I feel better today despite the rising heat , now it is 36C outside and 25 inside. I manage to to keep the house cool 😎 thanks to the new windows and doors! By the end of the we may have thunder !

This afternoon I am relaxing  in a quite home watching Hercule Poirot and reading.

Home tour.

 Hello Friends,

As the weather is horrible, heavy showers and thunder all the time. I decided to take pictures inside and make a tour of the house.

The hall. The door will change to be like this one, but adapted to the shape of the door.

It will be white inside and light green outside.

Upstairs. The light is not very good due to the weather.

For the moment we are lucky, in some part of France they have been flooded and some had tornadoes !

All the flowers are spoiled and we can’t go in the garden.

I hope we will have better days soon.
