What about a tiny house?

Do you remember our holidays in the Netherlands and our first stay in a tiny house?

Well, for Xmas our son made a reservation in a tiny house for us . We decided not to waste our time on the road and decided to stay in Normandy on the coast near Deauville. 

This is the tiny house we will be staying for three days.

It is in the middle of a field surrounded by horses.

The farmer will provide our breakfast composed of local ingredients. The tiny house is self sufficient in electricity and water.

This will be our bedroom

And this will be our new tiny house For a few days. Nice to go to the sea and stroll  🚶 in the towns of Trouville and Deauville. Trouville was the place I use to go on holidays when I was little. I will go to the market on Sunday morning ( it is a rather big market) with local products. ( source: Parcel tiny house)

 Today continues to be a sunny day and I will continue my little routine. Painting , cleaning, cooking and reading. Today reading will replace crocheting.

I will be glad when the cabinet painting will be finished.

I will have a rest after my eye surgery is done. I must not do anything for a week! No cleaning…

I booked my last appointment yesterday.

Two days before I have a rest at the hairdresser, this will be my week break and then continue.

In April, we recieved from my son a stay in a « Tiny House » near Deauville on the Normandy coast  so I must book the kennel for Bandit.

Yesterday, I made a pear and poiret bread 🥖. It was originally an apple and cider bread, but as I had pear (cider) and pears I changed the recipe.

Today is the Valentine Lottery day, we usually never play, but this time Mr L is going to get one ticket, you never know … if we won!

Tiny house and she shed.

 Hello Friends,

Yesterday, I was looking for some ideas to get my she shed settled.

Last year I could not do all my projects because of my health problems, but now I begin to feel better and I am looking for inspiration.

Last year I had the roof changed and the inside insulation done. I started the decoration , but had no time to do my small terrace.

I also have to change the windows and do the outside paint

In greyish green this time. I would like this place to be confortable to spend afternoons reading  or drawing a kind of little studio.

My daughter and her husband have built themselves a lovely tiny house. I sometime watch on tv the building of tiny houses .

Some tiny houses are on wheels and can be moved anywhere.

My daughter’s tiny house has electricity with solar panel and a big water tank.these tiny houses are well equipped and easy to clean! Before I get a tiny house, I will have to work on my tiny shed!
