When it’s summer somewhere on the globe!đ our son is in Patagonia since Sunday.
He rented a car and is visiting the National park.
And will fly tomorrow to Antarctica and embark on the sailing boat for a week to take photos.
He has sent this pictures to us yesterday and we are chatting in the evening.
Here is our adventurer!
Yesterday I have done the house cleaning, laundry and ironing not much fun but has to be done đ
Concerning the snow ⛄️ it is difficult here as nothing is really done this is why it is so difficult to drive and go out. When I was a child things were easier and we had more snow and lower temperatures. We went to Canada in February and we could drive the temperature was -30 C and a lot of snow.
They are always overwhelmed by events ! And 5 centimetres of snow. By the end of the week we will have positive temperatures and back to normal I hope!
There was 1000kms traffic jams 600 Lorrie’s blocked during 28 hours ! Here is the situation today! đ
We have put more food in the bird feeders and some hot water everyday and we have a lot of different birds coming for lunch!
Today I will certainly work on the new puzzle and do a bit of watercolour. Today the temperature is -6 C so better stay inside.
Have a nice day and thank you for your visit.

Two different parts of the world in one post, thank you for letting me see both. I like the view in every single picture.
RépondreSupprimerThe streets are snowy here too, but the sun has come out this morning after yesterday's greyness.
I hope it will be easier to drive soon and I wish you a good stay indoors.
With love. Ăva
Nice to see the two different seasons in one post. Where I live they are very, very good about the snow but we got about a billion feet last week and this area is used to that. However where Hubby's mom lives, they hardly get snow and when even they get a dusting, it's a big deal and things shut down there. Wishing you a warm happy day. Cheers, Ivy.
RépondreSupprimerYour sons photos are so pretty!
RépondreSupprimerI'm sorry your area is being so hit by the snow, but your photos are beautiful!
Quite a contrast between your son's pictures and yours. Both are pretty.
RépondreSupprimerInteresting how different life can be from one place to another. Hate the snow for you.
RépondreSupprimerPatagonia looks like such a beautiful place to visit. We are thinking of going there in a year or two.
RépondreSupprimerPlaces that don't get much snow don't really know how to deal with it. It's like that where we live - everything seems to stop for a few days. I grew up further north in Canada where there was lots of snow every winter and life moved on at its normal pace.
Beautiful photos.
