Yesterday, I had the idea of an arch to hold our Pierre de Ronsard roses. I phoned our preferred garden center and as my Birthday is next week, I had 10% discount on what I liked!
It was nice to sit under the weeping willow with my dog Bandit on my lap.
I have been cleaning the barbecue and it is now ready !
I had my son , grandson and other grandma Valentina on Skype. Our DIL is going to Gualalumpur tonight for the week, for her job. They have just been moving yesterday
And had a problems, no water, no light and no air conditioning for one evening and one night! It is already rather hot and with the children it was not comfortable.
Maxime did not want to leave his flat and was crying, but now he is happy today!
He will soon have his Birthday on the 18th same month as grandma and I hope her Birthday present that is on its way will be on time. Tomorrow the roofers are coming, better get up early!
Wishing you a good week.
Small children have sad feelings when they leave the familiar homes they know. The no lights, water or A/C must have been very uncomfortable for all of them.
RépondreSupprimerI have Pierre in my garden also, one of my very favourite roses. He climbs up an obelisk.
RépondreSupprimerThe arch will be so nice in the garden. 10% off is a nice gift!
RépondreSupprimerYour sky looks beautiful. We have blue sky today too, but it's cold and snow is predicted tomorrow.
I'm glad Maxime is adjusting to the move. That can be hard on young children.
What day is your birthday? Early birthday greetings to you!
How pretty the arch is, and it will look even better with roses. Yes, blue sky and sunshine is very welcome after days of rain.
RépondreSupprimerMoving is difficult for children, but he will soon adjust.
Enjoy your day.
I'm glad it didn't take Maxime long to be happy again.
RépondreSupprimerI like your arbor. I agree with buying yourself your own birthday gifts.
Happy Happy Happy Birthday Week!!!!!
