Happy to be in the Netherlands again!



We arrived in the Netherlands đŸ‡³đŸ‡± after a quite and quick travel 3 hours and a half.
The shops closing at 6 we had time for our shopping 
Especially the cheese đŸ§€ 
Then we went to have supper here it begins at six and end at eight, so you better hurry if you want to eat!
We had asparagus with smocked salmon and new potatoes and then the best part! Appel pie with cinnamon. I did not want cream with it.
Then we had a walk around the lake, but did not see the geese.







 
Not very nice when you have a stork nest on your chimney !




If you look you can see the stork on her nest.

Now we are in our room have a rest to continue tomorow!

    Wow - so much beauty there.
    I remember reading a book when I was young that was set in the Netherlands and was about a stork on a schoolhouse. Your pics brought that right back to my mind after so many years!
