All Saints Day.

Hello friends.
All Saints’ Day is tomorrow and our deceased day is on Monday 2 nd of November, but we went to church as the today’s monks and religious sisters church service for our deceased was this afternoon.
You can hear the bells calling for mass we all gather in church. ( Catholics)
This is what the monks are making and painting

These are on sale
Jam made by the sisters
Their shop
This was a church destroyed during the revolution

The little shop we like to go. Mr L bought me a scarf and a brooch and I bought her home made apple and cinnamon jam

It was a beautiful Autumn day and we prayed for our ancestors tomorrow we will pray “All Saints Day”
Have a good evening or day 🥰

  2. The memorial candles I bought are in the trunk of the car. We’re driving to the cemetery tomorrow.
Usually, I light them in the cemetery a few days earlier than All Saints Day. Tomorrow evening it will be crowded, I can’t even imagine where we’ll manage to park. But we want that Masato also can see the cemetery at this time, too. So we are going exactly on that evening when the cemetery is full of candels.
There’s no sign of the Halloween commotion here for now. The kids aren’t familiar with that tradition yet. Today they stood in front of the chocolate Santas at a large store and can wait until December for their weets.
The photos are beautiful, they capture the stillness, the autumn colors, the church and the sound of the bells...
