A little outing.

These are some of the flowers i bought.

Hello Friends,

We have a three days weekend and as our dog health is improving we d coded to go out not too far and not too long. The flowers I got for my birthday faded i decided to get some silk flowers for a big vase. I knew that this little shop had got some so we decided to to go!
This is the inside of the little shop with beautiful Tiffani lamps, cushions, cups … and very good jam the owner makes. Home made Good jam!

This winter I bought some cushions.

These are some of the silk flowers
The small entry of the shop.
The shop is in a little village close to an Abbey I already did a post about it.
I love beautiful trees and there are many.

Chestnut trees blooming
Their flowers are so beautiful
A glimpse of of the Abbey tower.
Some other trees
This tree was planted before 1789 ( French Revolution)

Beautiful Normand houses

And the shop I like to go. ( l’Atelier de Tess and she also has a guest house with view over the Abbey) it is in “ Le Bec-Helloin” Normandy. A very nice countryside place.

We also went to the Abbey church to pray for the world. This is what we did today! And our dog was fine when we got home! And we had a thunderstorm when we got home.
Hope you had a nice day.

  4. Dear Catherine, the fact that you were able to go out and see spring with your beloved dog means that Bandit is feeling better now.
Chestnut trees are beautiful. A Hungarian poet wrote about a flowering chestnut tree that it looks as if there were white candles on it. It reminded me a bit of Christmas, even though it will be much later.
I especially like your picture, where I can see the details of the chestnut flowers.
In addition to the spring plants, I also saw beautiful buildings in your post.Thanks.
Unfortunately, I rarely pray, but when I do, I usually pray for peace because it is good for people. Hugs. Eva
